Who we are
Who is Karobar Gateways?
Karobar Gateways is a Baku consultancy for people investing in Azerbaijan from abroad. One team covers company setup, business consultancy, real estate, property and Airbnb management, and farming in Kurdamir, so the same people who plan your project also carry it out.
Picture the person we built this for. They live in Karachi, Dhaka or Delhi. They have read plenty about Azerbaijan, perhaps spent a week in Baku, and now something has to happen in a city where they know nobody by name.
Distance turns simple things into obstacles. Somebody has to walk into the office, open the door of the flat, stand at the edge of the field. We exist to be that somebody, and to still be the same somebody when your plans change.

Most of our clients are investors and founders from Pakistan, India and Bangladesh, plus English speakers from further afield. What they share is not a passport. It is a project sitting in Azerbaijan while they live somewhere else entirely.

Company setup and consultancy
Founders arrive with company registration in Azerbaijan in mind, and sometimes with an idea nobody has tested anywhere yet. Our business consultancy in Azerbaijan exists for that second group.
Real estate
Buying at a distance is a question of trust long before it becomes a question of price. We give foreign buyers support to buy property in Azerbaijan, working from your brief and going to see what you cannot.
Property and Airbnb management
A flat in Baku needs somebody in Baku. We offer property management in Baku to owners who live elsewhere, and Airbnb setup and management in Baku when the plan is short stays rather than a long lease.
Farming support
Land punishes absence faster than anything else you can buy. Our farm setup and agricultural support sits in Kurdamir, where we help foreign investors plan a project and keep people involved in running it.

Baku is our office base, and company setup, consultancy, real estate, property management and Airbnb work all run from there. Farming is centred on Kurdamir, including Karrar Village. Where you happen to be sitting makes no difference to us.

That split is not administrative tidiness. A city apartment and a field in the regions are different trades, with different people and different hours. Keeping a farming presence in Kurdamir is the only reason that side of the business means anything.
Our principles
How does Karobar Gateways Azerbaijan treat its clients?
Four rules, and we would rather you held us to them. We do the work instead of only describing it. We promise nothing about returns, visas or approvals. We show property only when it is real. And we say what we are not.
We do the work, not just the thinking
Our experience comes from doing things in Baku and Kurdamir: queuing at a counter, opening a door, checking a crop. That is what keeps your project moving while you are in another time zone.
No promises we can't keep
We don't guarantee returns, occupancy, farming income, yields, visas, residency or official approvals. When the money at risk is yours, a clear view of the downside is worth more than reassurance.
Genuine property only
Property reaches you only when the inventory, the photographs, the pricing and the verification all exist. Sometimes that means telling you we have nothing worth your attention yet.
A consultancy, and we say so
Signing off legal, tax and accounting matters is work for qualified professionals, not for us. We name those parts of your project early, so their cost and timing are yours to plan rather than a surprise.
