Laws, procedures, taxes and market conditions in Azerbaijan change, and they apply differently to different people. What is right for one investor can be wrong for another. Before you register a company, buy property, fund a farm or move money, take advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

A consultancy, not a law firm
Karobar Gateways is a consultancy based in Baku. We are not a law firm, a tax adviser or an accounting practice, and our team doesn't give legal opinions.
Our role is practical local execution: the steps that need someone on the ground in Baku or Kurdamir. Legal, tax and accounting sign-off belongs with qualified professionals. When we review your project, we tell you which parts need them before you commit to anything.
No guarantees of returns, visas or approvals
We don't guarantee any financial result or any decision by an authority. Investments can lose value, and applications can be refused or delayed for reasons nobody outside the authority controls.
In particular, nothing on this website or in our conversations is a promise of:
- Investment returns, profit, rental income or capital growth.
- Occupancy levels or nightly rates for a rental or Airbnb property.
- Farming income, crop yields or harvest results.
- A visa, a residence permit or any immigration outcome.

Farming information
Farming carries real risk. Weather, water, soil, pests, input costs, labour and market prices all affect results, and none of them can be controlled or predicted with certainty.
Information about farm setup and agricultural support in Kurdamir, including Karrar Village, describes how we can help on the ground. It is not an agronomic, financial or land-law opinion. Test land, water and crop plans with suitable specialists before you invest.
Third-party professionals and their responsibility
Some parts of a project need outside professionals, such as lawyers, tax advisers, accountants, notaries or surveyors. Each one is responsible for their own advice, work and fees.
We identify those parts in your plan so you know who does what. We don't control outside professionals or official bodies, and we aren't responsible for their decisions, errors or delays. How enquiries and project work are agreed is covered in our Terms and Conditions.
