About Karobar Gateways

Karobar Gateways is a consultancy based in Baku, Azerbaijan. We are not a law firm, a tax adviser or an accounting practice, and nothing on this website presents us as one.

Our team supports foreign investors and founders with business, property, Airbnb and farming projects. Legal, tax and accounting sign-off belongs with qualified professionals, and we say so at the start of every project.

Using this website

You may browse this website and contact us through it for your own genuine enquiries. You must not misuse it, damage it or use it to mislead anyone.

When you use this website, you agree that you will not:

Send false, misleading or unlawful information through the enquiry form or any other channel.
Try to gain access to parts of the website, its hosting or its code that aren't public.
Introduce malware, or run automated tools that overload or disrupt the site.

Service enquiries and how work is agreed

Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract, and neither side is committed to anything by it. Work starts only once the scope and terms have been agreed with you for your project.

You send us your project details. We review them with you. You receive a practical plan of steps, including the parts that need outside professionals. If you decide to go ahead, our team carries out the agreed work on the ground.

Fees are quoted per project after that review, with third-party and official charges identified separately. Nothing on this website is a price offer. You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information, because our plan and any quote depend on it.

Information on this website

Content on this website is general information about our services and about doing business, buying property and farming in Azerbaijan. It is not legal, tax, investment or financial advice.
